We have been waiting for this wedding for quite sometime.  Chip & Jackie had one of our favorite esessions of all time and we just knew their wedding would be every bit as spectacular.  And they sure didn’t disappoint!  Jackie was as gorgeous as ever and Chip was rather dashing himself!  Their families and friends, filled the day with laughter and made for an absolute perfect day!

Chip and Jackie had hands down the best reception we have ever been too!  They were full of fun, laughter, excitement, and KILLER DANCE MOVES!  Every time we turned around something else crazy was happening!  So much fun!!!

Jaclyn and Mike’s big day had finally arrived, and despite this crazy June heat we have had, the day went perfectly.  Jaclyn could not have been more beautiful and Mike could not have looked any studlier (if that’s a word… ) and when the two of them came together, it was a thing of beauty.  They elected to see each other before the ceremony in what we call a “first look.”  And I think if you ask them…they would agree that it was one of the best decisions they could’ve made.  And based on the pictures….we couldn’t agree more.  ;)  Finding couples this much in love and this genuine are far and few between.  You guys seriously rock!

This shot is definitely in my top 5 favorite ring shots ever!

Let’s see what are the required ingredients to have  a perfect wedding in June?  Perfect Dress?  Yes?  OK…Check that off the list!

Seriously the 10th and final ingredient is an uncompromising, crazy, passionate, kind, gentle, beautiful, inspiring LOVE like no one else.  While Jaclyn and Mike perfected everything else as well, this was the thing they did best!  We loved being a part of every minute of your special day and we look forward to seeing all the amazing things you are going to accomplish together.  It should be fun to watch!  Love you guys!

Oh how I have such a love/hate relationship with spring!  The colors, the sunshine, the gorgeous flowers, the warm weather…it’s all wonderful.  The sneezing, the runny noses, and worst of all the RAIN…I despise.  This session was put off twice because of the darn rain!  But when we finally got together…a little bit-o-magic happened right in front of our lens!!!

Jaclyn, without a doubt, has to be one of the sweetest, kindest, most gentle-spirited brides we have ever had to date.  The rain, the cancellations, and the delays didn’t seem to bother or rattle her one bit!  She just grabbed her calendar and started planning for the next possible date among both of our busy schedules.

Mike is an incredibly talented, smart guy who is trying to break into the recording business as a sound man. (which I’m sure is not the right term….forgive me Mike!)  But right now Mike, we think you are a good lookin’ guy who is going to be an awesome husband, supporter, and provider to your beautiful wife.  All we ask is that when you are hugely famous, you just remember us and get us into one of those epic release parties of an album you just created!  Deal?!?!?!?

We ended up making the short trip to Lexington, where they are from, to shoot the session.  It was AWESOME!  It was our first time shooting there, and being the big UK fans that we are, meeting at Rupp was just a little bonus fun for us!  I hope these pics are all you guys hoped for!

So we didn’t listen to our momma’s and we played in the street for a little while….we think….it was worth the risk!

And even though we are in downtown Lexington, we still managed to find a little random piece of grass and the “typical” horse farm fence.  I mean we were in the horse capitol of the world…how could we resist?

I think the mix of urban and rural here causes me to LOOOOOOOVE this pic.  And the cute cuddliness of the two in the bottom right corner doesn’t hurt either!!!

Then…we got a little crazy idea…but I love how it turned out.  Thanks for trusting us Jackie and Mike…it makes our job so much easier when our brides and grooms just sit back and relax and trust us to make them look awesome.  I hope you think you look awesome!

You guys were the perfect definition of of FAB. U.
